At around 4:00 p.m. on November 6, in Nghia Hoan commune (Tan Ky district), a serious accident occurred, seriously injuring one person.

According to local residents, while the truck with license plate 37 C-093.99 was parked on the right side of the road preparing to dump soil for the construction of the Nghia Hoan commune stadium, suddenly a motorbike with license plate 37Z7-4873 driven by Mr. LVN (born in 1974), residing in Tham hamlet, Nghia Hoan commune, was traveling in the same direction from Tan Ky town to Nghia Hoan commune, crashing straight into the rear of the truck.
As a result, Mr. N. fell onto the road, unconscious on the spot, bleeding profusely. Mr. N.'s motorbike was half stuck under the truck, severely damaged, with debris flying everywhere, and engine oil spilling onto the road.
Hearing the loud noise, many people around there gathered and called an ambulance to take Mr. N. to Nghe An General Friendship Hospital for emergency treatment.
It is known that Mr. N was a construction worker and had an accident on his way home from work.
