On January 15, Colonel Vuong Tien Dung - Head of Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi City said that the Criminal Police Team, Ha Dong District Police is currently coordinating with Phuc La Ward Police to actively verify, investigate, and handle the subject who caused the spraying of paint on more than 10 cars of various types belonging to people on the night of January 12 and early morning of January 13.
According to initial records, the above cars were parked overnight at TT19 Urban Area, in Phuc La Ward. Immediately after receiving the report and reflection, the police quickly arrived at the scene, made an initial report, and promptly collected evidence and conducted verification to clarify the matter.
Informing ANTĐ, Colonel Vuong Tien Dung said that the case is still under investigation. The authorities are extracting security cameras around the area, and exploiting information from people to identify the subject.
