On January 15, Colonel Vuong Tien Dung - Head of Ha Dong District Police, Hanoi City said that currently, the Criminal Police Team, District Police is coordinating with Phuc La Police Station, actively verifying, investigating, and handling the subject who caused the incident of spraying paint on more than 10 cars of various types belonging to people on the night of January 12 and early morning of January 13.
According to initial records, the above cars were parked overnight at TT19 Urban Area, in Phuc La Ward. Immediately after receiving the report and reflection, the police quickly arrived at the scene, made an initial record, and urgently collected evidence and conducted verification to clarify the matter.
Colonel Vuong Tien Dung told ANTĐ that the case is still under investigation. Authorities are extracting security cameras around the area and exploiting information from people to identify the suspect.
