Implementing legal documents to enforce the 2013 Land Law.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 17th, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment held a conference to implement the legal documents of the Provincial People's Committee regarding the 2013 Land Law. Representatives from various departments, agencies, and districts and cities attended.

In accordance with the 2013 Land Law and Prime Minister's Directive No. 01/CT-TTg on the implementation of the Land Law, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1077/QD-UBND dated March 24, 2014, on the promulgation of the implementation plan. Based on the Government's documents and the guiding circulars of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Provincial People's Committee has issued legal documents to implement the 2013 Land Law.

At the conference, the Land Management Department (Department of Natural Resources and Environment) disseminated and presented the basic and new points of six decisions of the Provincial People's Committee. Specifically, Decision 49/2014/QD-UBND dated August 19, 2014, on the issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land for the first time to households and individuals using land in Nghe An province; Decision 54/2014/QD-UBND dated September 8, 2014, on compensation, support and resettlement when the State recovers land in the province; and Decision 80/2014/QD-UBND regulating the recovery of land, allocation of land, leasing and registration of land, and issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and assets attached to land for organizations needing to use land in the province.
In addition, delegates were also trained on other decisions such as: Decision 78/2014/QD-UBND on regulations for allocating residential land without auctioning land use rights, registration, and issuance of land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and assets attached to land for households and individuals in the province; Decision 79/2014/QD-UBND on regulations for land leasing, land use purpose conversion, registration, and issuance of land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and assets attached to land for households and individuals investing in production and business in the province; Decision 81/2014/QD-UBND on regulations on the procedures for reviewing and declaring the current land use status, registration, and issuance of land use right certificates, house ownership certificates and assets attached to land for domestic organizations using land in the province.
