Deploying a 30-day and night campaign to complete the digitization of civil status data in Nghe An province
According to Plan No. 238/KH-STP of Nghe An Department of Justice, the 30-day and night campaign to complete the digitization of civil status data in the province will be implemented from March 1, 2025 to before March 31, 2025.
According to the leader of the Department of Justice: Nghe An province has a total of 2,231,474 civil status data. From 2020 to now, the whole province has digitized 2,023,255 data (reaching 91%), the remaining 208,219 data have not been digitized (accounting for 9%).

At the online conference on February 11, 2025 on the implementation of the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve the national digital transformation period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 of the Government (Project 06), the Prime Minister and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province requested Nghe An province to complete the digitization of civil status data in March 2025.

Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Justice issued a Plan to implement the 30-day and night campaign to complete the digitization of civil status data in Nghe An province.
Thereby, launching the organization of the peak period, mobilizing the active participation of all levels and sectors, determined to complete the digitization of civil status data in Nghe An province.
Building and establishing the Electronic Civil Status Database of Nghe An province, contributing to creating data for the National Electronic Civil Status Database, ensuring unified implementation, interconnection, data sharing between civil status registration and management agencies nationwide and synchronizing basic personal information with the National Population Database and other specialized databases.

Plan requires: Complete digitization of 208,219 civil status data, ensuring 100% of civil status data in the province is digitized.
The competent civil registration agencies (including the Department of Justice and the People's Committee at the commune level) are responsible for digitizing the remaining civil registration data at their agencies and localities.

The contents of the household registration books that need to be digitized include: birth registration books, marriage registration books, death registration books, parent-child recognition registration books, adoption registration books, guardianship registration books and divorce records.
