Deploying reproductive health care campaign

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 22, Hung Nguyen district launched the "Integrated communication campaignproviding reproductive health care and family planning services”2016.

The purpose of the campaign is to contribute to the implementation of the targets and plans of the Population and Family Planning program in 2016. The campaign will focus on activities such as: promoting communication activities, promoting and propagating the Party and State's policies and guidelines on Population and Family Planning. Linking the implementation of reproductive health care/family planning with organizing the mobilization of signing commitments to implement population and family planning policies.

According to the plan, after the campaign is implemented, 95% of couples of childbearing age in the campaign area will be consulted and provided with information on population and family planning policies, knowledge on reproductive health care/family planning; 100% of couples will sign a commitment. Communes and towns implementing the campaign strive to complete 70% or more of the target for modern contraceptive methods in 2016.

Along with implementing the contents of the population campaign, this is also an opportunity for people to enjoy high-quality services such as ultrasound, blood sugar measurement, and endoscopy.
