Implementing new policies and regimes for frontline workers

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 9, localities in the province held a conference to implement Decision 49/2015 of the Prime Minister on the regime and policies for frontline laborers participating in the resistance war against France, against the US, the war to protect the Fatherland and performing international duties.

* In Tan Ky, delegates were informed of Notice No. 192/TB-TW dated January 29, 2015 of the Politburo; Instructions for implementing Decision No. 49/2015 of the Prime Minister; Joint Circular No. 138/2015 of the Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs on policies for frontline laborers participating in wars.

After the implementation conference, the Steering Committee requested departments, branches, Party committees and local authorities at all levels to do a good job of leading and directing the implementation to ensure accuracy, transparency, fairness, and no errors or negativity. All levels organized training and implementation closely, seriously, and in accordance with the time prescribed by superiors.

The Steering Committee also assigned responsibilities to agencies, units, the district War Veterans Association, the Youth Volunteer Veterans Association and related departments to coordinate implementation, ensure procedures and time, to ensure that subjects are eligible for support according to regulations. Accordingly, the District Military Command will organize the reception of documents from April 3 to complete the review of policies according to Decision 49 of the Prime Minister by 2017.
