(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 24th, various units organized conferences to disseminate and implement Directive 36-CT/TƯ of the Politburo and guiding documents from higher levels regarding the Party congress.

On the morning of October 24th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive 36-CT/TƯ of the Politburo, the Directive of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the Directive of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, and the Directives of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party, to key officials of subordinate agencies and units.

Overview of the conference

In 2015, the 12th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee (2015-2020 term) was presided over by the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, drawing lessons for the Military Region Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. The conference implemented and guided the preparation work in all aspects, focusing on preparing the Political Report Outline and draft Resolutions for Party Congresses at all levels; the principles, procedures, and reporting of the results of Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 12th Congress of the Nghe An Provincial Military Party Committee.

The Provincial Military Party Committee directed and implemented the following: three Party Committees held their Congresses first to draw general lessons for the entire Party Committee: the Provincial Military School Party Committee held its Congress first, serving as a model for the subordinate units; the Staff Department Party Committee held its Congress first, serving as a model for the departments; and the Vinh City Military Party Committee held its Congress first, serving as a model for the districts, towns, and cities.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, briefed on the contents of the directive.

This Party Congress at all levels is a broad and profound political activity. The conference requires key cadres to uphold a high sense of responsibility, focus their intellect, and fully grasp the content, especially the new content, regarding Party building; to be determined to build a strong and exemplary Provincial Military Party Committee, to advise and direct the successful completion of national defense and local military tasks, and to firmly protect the Nghệ An provincial defense zone in the current new situation.

Colonel Luong Hong Phong presented Certificates of Commendation from the Military Region Party Committee to outstanding branch secretaries and party members.

At the conference, Colonel Luong Hong Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, presented Certificates of Commendation from the Party Committee of Military Region 4 to 10 outstanding Party branch secretaries and Party members for the period 2011-2014.

* Earlier, on the afternoon of October 23, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Regiment 335 (Division 324, Military Region 4) held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 36-CT/TW of the Politburo, Directive No. 464-CT/QUTW of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, and Directive No. 368-CT/DU of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 4, and Directive 477 of the Standing Committee of the Divisional Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels leading up to the 12th National Congress of the Party.

The Party Committee of Regiment 335 organized the dissemination and implementation of directives regarding Party congresses at all levels.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Dang Quang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Regiment, presided over the meeting and emphasized: This Party Congress at all levels is a comprehensive political activity throughout the Regiment; affirming the Regiment's strong development over 49 years of building, fighting, and maturing under the leadership of the Party. The success of the Party Congress at all levels within the Regiment's Party Committee is of great importance to each agency and unit. Therefore, delegates need to uphold a high sense of responsibility, focus their intellect, fully grasp the content, and firmly understand the general guiding ideology, requirements, and new content in accordance with the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Politburo on renewing the Party's leadership methods and on Party building work in accordance with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (11th Congress). At the conference, delegates were fully briefed on the directives of the Politburo, the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, and the directives and plans of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Military Region and the Division regarding the organization of the Party Congress of the Regiment for the 2015-2020 term. The Party Committee of Regiment 335 was selected by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Division and Military Region 4 as a model congress for other units to learn from.
