The exhibition was held to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the death of King Hàm Nghi.

In particular, two copies of paintings by King Hàm Nghi, including the famous "Twilight," portray King Hàm Nghi as an artist. With his anti-French and nationalistic ideology, King Hàm Nghi, along with Kings Thành Thái and Duy Tân, became three patriotic kings of Vietnam during the French colonial period.

In 2009, the king was enshrined in the The To Temple. Currently, the Ham Nghi reign name is used for streets in Hue, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, and Thanh Hoa.

With its authentic, meticulously collected, and professional images, the documentary exhibition about King Hàm Nghi left a deep impression on viewers. This was a very meaningful activity commemorating the 70th anniversary of King Hàm Nghi's death (January 14, 1944 - January 14, 2014).
