Thoroughly inspect vehicles with blue license plates.

(Baonghean) - At a recent traffic safety review conference, Colonel Lu Van Tuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, reported that in the first seven months of the year, 445 vehicles with "blue license plates" violated road traffic safety regulations. Authorities will develop a plan to handle these violating vehicles.
True to his word, a few days later, the agency's driver came to me complaining: "I received a summons for a traffic violation, but I don't know when I committed it, sir." And so, the "battle" to thoroughly restore order and safety with "government-plated" vehicles began.
Public opinion is very pleased; from now on, vehicles with "blue license plates" will be treated equally with vehicles with "white license plates" when violating traffic safety regulations, and there will be no priority zones. (The installation of cameras on some roads in our province to monitor the activities of vehicles and traffic participants has been underway for quite some time. However, the enforcement of traffic safety violations has only been thoroughly implemented for vehicles with "white license plates," which are private vehicles).
From now on, vehicles with "blue license plates" will have to look carefully before speeding or driving recklessly on the road. This will likely contribute to reducing traffic accidents in the province.
Mr. Tuan
