Previously, after a period of surveillance and investigation, the Police Investigation Departmentdrug-related crimesThe Thanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated a surprise inspection of the Zone 8 business establishment, located at 08 Cao Thang Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City.
During the inspection, the task force discovered many individuals using nitrous oxide (laughing gas).2O) right inside the shop. Evidence seized at the scene included several nitrogen gas cylinders.2Used O-rings and rubber ball casings.
Initial investigations have determined that Zone 8 facility organized the purchase of nitrogen gas.2They bring the gas in to repackage, fill balloons with it, and sell it directly to customers for on-site use. Notably, the majority of the business's profits do not come from conventional entertainment services but from the sale of nitrous oxide, which is a violation of the law.
Following the evidence gathering process, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings against 7 defendants involved in violations at Zone 8. The defendants include: Le Kim Thu (alias Thu "the bodyguard", born in 1984, residing in An Hung Ward, Thanh Hoa City); Nguyen Hoang Ngoc (born in 1983, residing in Phu Son Ward); Dao Le Thuy (born in 1994, residing in An Hung Ward); Nguyen Huy Ha (born in 1988, residing in Dong Ve Ward); Le Minh Phuong (born in 1992), Cao Xuan Truong (born in 1987), and Nguyen Trung Kien (born in 1999), all residing in Dong Tho Ward, Thanh Hoa City.
Currently, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police Investigation Agency is continuing to consolidate the case file and expand the investigation to clarify the criminal acts of the individuals involved, and will strictly handle them according to the law.
