This point is organized by Vi Van Phu (born in 1973, residing in Co Muong village, Chau Kim commune).

Phu is a long-time drug addict. He often buys drugs from Mong people in Tri Le commune, then retails them to drug addicts in Chau Kim and Muong Noc communes. With his cunning and cunning, Phu has turned his house into a trading point, organizing illegal drug use. To buy drugs from Phu, one must go through intermediaries, have previous acquaintances and have a secret code.
Determined to eradicate this retail outlet, at the end of April 2021, the district police leadership directed the force to use professional measures to determine Phu's methods, tricks and operating habits.
During the process of fighting and arresting, the detectives calculated plans to prevent the subject from having the opportunity to use or come into contact with weapons, ensuring the safety of the force and the masses.
