On the afternoon of January 15, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Tam commune confirmed that the Quynh Tam commune police (Quynh Luu) had invited the young man who had beaten the gas station employee to come in for questioning.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, at 5:56 p.m. on January 14, at a gas station located in Quynh Tam Commune, Quynh Luu District, a man driving a car came to fill up with gas and suddenly rushed forward and attacked the employee. Although the gas station employee tried to avoid him, the driver continued his violent behavior.
The victim was Mr. P.D.V. (born in 1988, gas station employee, residing in Dien Ky commune, Dien Chau district). The incident left Mr. V. injured in the right eye area.
It is known that on January 14, the young man saw that after filling up the gas tank, the odometer in the car did not increase, so he suspected fraud.
