(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 17, Dien Chau District Police summoned a group of young men who were driving motorbikes without helmets and lining up in a row while participating in the wedding procession.
The group of young men included: Tran Dinh Luyen, Nguyen Van Tuan, Tran Van Do, Nguyen Huu Dung (all residing in Dien Bich commune, Dien Chau) and Phan Thanh Canh (residing in Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau). However, only Luyen, Tuan and Do came as summoned.

The police determined that Luyen was driving a motorbike without a helmet. Tuan, Do, Canh and Dung were driving motorbikes without helmets, in a row on the road and without a driver's license.
Currently, Dien Chau Police are temporarily detaining 5 motorbikes and continuing to complete the documents to punish the subjects according to regulations.
Previously, on November 13, a video clip of more than 1 minute long appeared on Facebook, recording a group of young men riding motorbikes to pick up a bride on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Ngoc commune (Dien Chau). This group of young men did not wear helmets, driving in rows of 3 or 4, obstructing other vehicles.

After receiving the information, the Traffic Police Team, Dien Chau Police verified and summoned the subjects to the police station.
The situation of many young people violating traffic laws when participating in wedding processions has been quite common in recent times. Dien Chau police have implemented many solutions such as recording, patrolling and have fined 4 groups of young people nearly 70 million VND.
