North Korea still producing nuclear weapons even after US-North Korea meeting

"Investigation at North Korea's nuclear and missile sites shows that all activities are still going on, and the country is even promoting the process of manufacturing ultra-small nuclear warheads" - quoted from the KCIA report.
South Korean intelligence officials have been closely monitoring North Korea's missile development but have not noticed anything unusual, lawmakers said, adding that Seoul and Washington continue to exchange intelligence on Pyongyang's nuclear and missile programs.
President Donald Trump and leader Kim Jong-un signed a commitment during their summit in Singapore in June this year that North Korea would carry out complete denuclearization of the peninsula in exchange for security guarantees from the US. However, neither side gave a specific time limit for this process, so the two leaders agreed to continue negotiating this issue at the next summit.
On November 7, at a regular press conference at the White House, President Trump said that the US-North Korea summit is expected to take place in early 2019.
