Filmed from May to July last year, Tam Nhan Hanh is considered an attractive film project. Zhao Wei herself admitted that she was under a lot of pressure when taking on the role of a doctor, especially when she continuously received large and small injuries during filming. Even in a scene where she was forced to kill someone, she was slapped by her co-star Louis Koo, injuring her eye.
Before that, to get the realistic angles of the scene, Thien Lac had to slap Trieu Vy's cheeks five times, making her cheeks red. Trieu Vy said that because of the role, she asked her colleague to "go ahead". But afterwards, Trieu Vy's cheeks were numb and purple, she had to apply ice to relieve the pain: "At that time, I lost feeling on my face. The film needed realistic images, if Co Thien Lac faked the slap, I wouldn't be able to react most realistically. That's why I agreed to let him use it hard. However, while filming, he suddenly shouted: "Stop", and told me that there was a red bruise at the corner of his eye. Panicked, I asked for a mirror. After the director checked, he said we should postpone filming until tomorrow. As for me, I went to the hospital for a check-up. Luckily, the injury wasn't serious."

Zhao Wei humorously recounted that she then complained to the director to give her a chance to "take revenge" on Louis Koo by adding to the script a scene where her character slaps the inspector's hand. The next day, the director immediately complied with this request, leaving Zhao Wei surprised and exclaiming: "What an excellent script."
Although her co-star gave her an eye bruise, Zhao Wei said that this was actually very normal for acting, and Louis Koo was even more injured than her: "We both worked hard for a quality film. There was a scene where Louis had to jump from the roof of a three-story house to the ground, he filmed this scene about 20 times. I watched and was heartbroken for him."
