Assistant Lee Young-jin is considered by coach Park Hang-seo as his "brain". |
The SEA Games and the World Cup qualifiers are taking place close together at the end of this year. Coach Park Hang-seo said that it would be difficult for him to work if he were to manage both the U22 team and the national team at the same time. The Korean coach has proposed to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to reduce the workload and only manage one of the two teams.
"Lee Young-jin can take over a team for me. He has worked hard and proven himself over the years," Coach Park Hang-seo suggested. "However, I am still waiting for a decision from the VFF."
Lee Young-jin is a former South Korean player who played in the World Cup twice. When he switched to coaching, he led Deagu FC in the K-League. In 2017, this coach surprised everyone when he came to Vietnam to become an assistant to coach Park Hang-seo despite having millions of dollars in his bank account.
Lee Young-jin's influence on the Vietnamese national teams is enormous. He is the one who directly instructs the players in training and also plans tactics for coach Park Hang-seo to review before each match. Coach Park Hang-seo once publicly called Lee Young-jin "my brain".

Wenger recommended to replace Sarri to lead Chelsea

Wenger had many years of rivalry with Chelsea during his 22 years in charge of Arsenal. However, Seaman does not see this as an obstacle for the French coach.
"He always said he would not return to the Premier League because of his great love for Arsenal and did not want to face his old team. But time is an effective medicine to heal all wounds. Instead of worrying about the gossip, Wenger should think that he has to come back to prove everyone wrong about him. Wenger was in a very difficult position in his final seasons at the Emirates and received a lot of undeserved criticism," Seaman advised his former teacher.

Notably, Maxi Gomez is a compatriot of Luis Suarez. |
According to Mundo, scouts from the Catalan club are currently keeping a close eye on Benfica striker Luka Jovic, who is currently on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, Sevilla's Andre Silva, on loan at AC Milan, and Maxi Gomez (Celta Vigo).

Klopp was heavily fined for speaking out against the referee
The FA has just fined manager Juergen Klopp £45,000 for his negative comments about referee Kevi Friend during the match against West Ham.
Although referee Friend made a mistake in judging and recognizing Sadio Mane's offside goal in the 1-1 draw with West Ham, Klopp was still very angry after the match: "We played quite well when we scored a goal in an offside position. I think the referee knew when he watched the video at half-time and then you saw a series of strange expressions like indecision, breaking the rhythm of the match, giving West Ham strange free kicks."
"As a normal person, if I make a mistake in the first half, I don't want the gap to increase in the second half."
Immediately after Klopp's statement, the FA conducted an investigation and issued a verdict: "Mr. Juergen Klopp was fined £45,000 after accepting the FA's verdict for comments made in the press conference after the match between Liverpool and West Ham on February 4, 2019."
"His comments were in breach of FA Rule E3(1) for questioning the integrity of the referee or implying deliberate bias."
