The two subjects ran a short distance and fell, people caught the subject driving, the subject sitting behind, took advantage of the darkness to take the dog and escape.

The person accompanying him was Dang Trong Binh (born in 1976), residing in Hamlet 6, Dien Cat Commune. Both were drug addicts and were out of money, so they discussed and agreed to go steal dogs. The two subjects assigned Dung to drive the car, while Binh sat in the back. When they discovered the target, Dung would drive the car ahead while Binh used a noose to catch the dog.
