On the same day, at 7 PM, Mr. Pham Trung Viet (born in 1991, residing in Hamlet 12, Nghi Kim Commune, Vinh City) was riding his motorbike on Ton That Tung Street, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City when he was robbed of a mobile phone worth 9 million VND by two young men riding a DREAM motorbike.
