(Baonghean.vn) -On January 9th, information from the Dien Thanh Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard Command) indicated that thieves broke into the house of Mr. Phan Sy Nho (born in 1958, residing in Hamlet 6, Dien Thanh Commune, Dien Chau District), cutting the locks and breaking down the door to steal two motorbikes.
