Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government on administrative sanctions in the health sector, applying mitigating circumstances, on August 24, Nghi Loc District People's Committee issued Decision No. 3547/QD-XP.VPHC to administratively sanction Mr. PCV with a fine of VND 5 million.
