Young man fined 15 million VND for escaping from quarantine
(Baonghean.vn) - Chau Hong Commune People's Committee has conducted work and drawn up a record of administrative violations in the medical field, fining Lo Van Thuan 15 million VND.
On September 28, 2021, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district issued a decision to administratively fine Lo Van Thuan, born in 1997, residing in Cong Xa Chau Hong village, Quy Hop district. The fine is 15 million VND.
Accordingly, Lo Van Thuan is having to comply with the decision.isolationat home from September 10, 2021 to September 23, 2021. However, during the quarantine period, Lo Van Thuan voluntarily escaped from home from 8:00 p.m. on September 19, 2021.

After identifying the incident, the Chau Hong Commune Police, Quy Hop District, conducted verification and search. At about 4:00 p.m. on September 24, 2021, Lo Van Thuan returned home. The Chau Hong Commune People's Committee conducted the work and drew up a record of administrative violations.
Lo Van Thuan's act of escaping from the quarantine area violated point b, clause 2, article 11, Decree 177/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations in the health sector issued on September 28, 2020 by the Prime Minister, so the decision was made to fine Lo Van Thuan 15 million VND.
