Nghe An bans all boats and vehicles from going to sea from 10am, October 5th

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued urgent dispatch No. 46/CD-UBND, prohibiting all types of boats and means of transport from going to sea from 10:00 a.m. on October 5, 2025.
