Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump entered the third and final US presidential debate at 9:00 p.m. on October 19, Eastern time in North America (8:00 a.m. on October 20, Hanoi time), at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Nevada.

Chris Wallace, host of Fox News Sunday, will serve as moderator. Wallace is a three-time Emmy winner for America's best anchor. He is known for his aggressive questioning style.

The debate was divided into six sections, each lasting 15 minutes. Wallace selected debate topics including immigration policy, welfare programs and public debt, the Supreme Court, the economy, foreign policy, and the health and fitness of each candidate to be president.

Clinton and Trump will have two minutes to answer questions from Wallace at the beginning of each debate. They will then launch counter-arguments. Wallace will then expand on the debate topic with questions.

The two candidates are likely to face tough questions about the controversies surrounding them. Mr. Trump could face questions about the nine women who have publicly accused him of sexual assault, after a video of him bragging about groping women was released. Meanwhile, Mrs. Clinton may have to explain the content of her paid conversations with Wall Street executives recently released by WikiLeaks.

Bloomberg's survey conducted on October 14-17 with 1,006 voters showed that Mrs. Clinton was 9 points ahead of Mr. Trump, with 47% compared to 38% for the billionaire.
