Today (July 7th), continuous rain overnight brought high humidity, thick clouds, and slowed down the rate of temperature increase. Therefore, the northern region and Hanoi escaped the heatwave in the early days of the week, with temperatures ranging from 34 to 35 degrees Celsius.
