In 2017, Battalion 41, Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command received 172 new soldiers for training. After more than 3 months of training with the spirit of "overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain, passionately learning and training", 100% of the soldiers completed the military training programs, political education, logistics, and technical training plans.

Through the evaluation of the results of subjects such as: team command, battlefield movement techniques, individual and team tactics, political, logistics and technical learning content, all were assessed as completed well.

Battalion 41, Regiment 764 practiced 3 explosion tests with the following contents: Shooting AK submachine gun lesson 1 in 3 positions: standing, kneeling, lying down; setting off 15 grams of explosives and throwing grenades in the right direction.

Thanks to good training preparation, invested and innovated teaching models, lesson plans, and lectures, when entering the practice of the 3-explosion test, the new soldiers all had a firm grasp of the theory, were calm, confident, and performed correctly in infantry combat techniques, demonstrating the bravery of soldiers.

The results of the test on shooting hidden targets during the day with AK submachine guns, lesson 1, were 100% satisfactory, of which over 82% were quite good; the test on packing explosives and throwing grenades far away hit the target 100% were quite good, the overall result of the unit was excellent, the unit was absolutely safe in terms of people and weapons./.
