It is known that at the bilateral meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the recent G20 Summit (December 1), the two sides reached a "ceasefire" agreement on the trade war between the two countries.
Accordingly, in the next 90 days, the two sides' negotiating teams will step up exchanges to reach a common agreement. However, if a common agreement is not reached, the US will continue to increase the tax rate from 10% to 25% on 200 billion USD worth of Chinese goods according to the previously announced roadmap./.
