Xuan Hao is known to the public for his rare mid-bass voice in the Vietnamese music industry. He cleverly turned his weakness into a strength when he decided to lower his voice tone compared to other singers, creating a unique color. This feature not only brings good sound effects on audio systems but also creates a unique mark in the way he performs songs.
"With a low voice, it requires the singer to have a very good resonance in the low part. It must be low but real and have a spaciousness, resonance, and resonance in the chest," Xuan Hao shared about his vocal characteristics in the program.Confession.
In his singing career, Xuan Hao has released 7 albums. In the past three years, he has regularly released a new album every year for audiophiles. In 2022, he released Trinh Cong Son's music album with a simple acoustic style showing off his rare Basso (mid-low) voice. In 2023, he brought a new breeze with the Duc Huy music album and 2024 is a collection of compositions by Duc Huy and a number of young musicians.

"Every year, the album's theme will be different. And I'll reveal that at the end of this year there will be a slightly more unusual theme, to make AudioFi brothers excited and curious," he revealed.
Xuan Hao has his own opinion on renewing revolutionary songs: "These songs were composed with the composer's youth and blood, and their emotions are still intact today. We can renew them by arranging them, but if we break the rules too much, completely renewing them to follow the tastes of young people, it is not suitable."
Success and challenges on the international stage
In 2022, Xuan Hao represented the Vietnamese Ministry of Defense at the Army Games in Russia. Despite language difficulties, he still won two second prizes in the solo and chamber duet categories. "When representing the army and the Ministry of Defense, I brought my songs and voices to compete with the armies of other countries, I felt moved and proud," he emotionally shared.
In 2024, Xuan Hao made an impression when playing the main role in a musical.Red Desireinvested by the Ministry of Defense. Playing the role of Major General Hoang An - a 70-year-old father, he not only sings but also acts and narrates the story. "Three to four months, day and night, to memorize the entire play, speaking and singing with 60 symphonic instruments and 10 electronic instruments... It was really a huge pressure," he shared about the process of preparing for the role.

A dedicated teacher
Besides being a singer, Xuan Hao is also a lecturer at the Military University of Culture and Arts. He is concerned about orienting students in the modern music scene.
"When entering school, most of you prefer lighter music. But the teacher will evaluate your voice to choose the right direction. It is not necessary to follow light music or traditional music just because you study in a military environment," he shared.

Xuan Hao frankly said that in the era of technology 4.0, when society is constantly moving and modernizing, young people are less and less interested in revolutionary chamber music. However, he is still optimistic about the future, thinking that singers pursuing this music genre need to nurture their passion, and at the same time create more products with a contemporary feel, closer to young people.

In 2025, Xuan Hao plans to organize a revolutionary music live show with a new style, not restricted within the framework. He revealed that the program will be modern but still retain the core spirit of this music genre.
Xuan Hao advised young people pursuing chamber music that they should only pursue this career if they are truly passionate and cannot live without singing. If they are only superficially passionate or chasing the market, it is better to stop so as not to waste their youth.
