When the head of the propaganda department is also the director of the political training center

(Baonghean) - Since June 2018, Nghe An has implemented a policy of assigning the head of the propaganda department to also be the director of the political training center in 21/21 districts, cities and towns. Up to now, after 1 year of implementation, this policy has received positive feedback from localities, as well as high appreciation for its effectiveness in practice, enhancing the role of Party committees in political theory training at the grassroots level.
