(Baonghean.vn) - In order to help children in Nghe An province who are unlucky enough to suffer from Delta muscle fibrosis, on September 9, 2017, Vinh Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center - 41 Nguyen Thai Hoc - Vinh City conducted a free surgery program for the children. The plan is that from now until the end of October 2017, the Center will perform free surgery for 300 children with this congenital defect.
