(Baonghean) - From 2010 to present, under the direction of the Department of Employment (Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs) and the direct leadership of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Nghe An Employment Service Center has successfully completed the assigned functions and tasks, especially implementing the Unemployment Insurance (UI) policy for employees.

Over the years, the center has received and resolved unemployment insurance policies for tens of thousands of workers in accordance with the law and always created maximum convenience for workers and businesses to contact and work at the center. On average, each year the center implements unemployment insurance policies for about 11,000 workers who come to submit applications for unemployment insurance benefits.

With the goal of being all for the workers, for the jobs and income of the workers, the Center promotes administrative reform (AR); contributing to shortening the time, creating the most favorable conditions for workers to come to the center for transactions: The Center is piloting the "One - Stop" model in connecting careers, jobs, vocational training and implementing unemployment insurance policies, serving the increasingly diverse and numerous career and job needs of workers.

The "One Stop Shop" model is a service that receives and resolves customer needs in a package, providing many services at one initial reception point. This model has been applied in public services in many countries around the world, bringing many benefits to customers. When there is a need for a career, job, or vocational training; whether one or many needs at the same time, customers (including workers and businesses) only need to go to one point, can meet an officer or employee to learn, submit documents and receive results to resolve the stated needs.

The "One-stop" model helps to effectively combine the implementation of unemployment insurance policies and job placement and vocational training consultation - comprehensively solving problems in a single specialized direction: 1-stop - 1 specialized input. Especially for workers implementing unemployment insurance benefits, with the motto of 3 rights "right subjects, right regime, right time". The model has contributed to quickly solving a large number of participating workers, the system of inter-connected departments, workers do not have to travel and waste time, reducing inconvenience for workers.

The "One-stop-shop" model has helped workers feel more confident and less apprehensive when coming to the center, because they only need to contact one department and talk to one person to complete documents and procedures. Workers receive dedicated advice, specific support and many other benefits. Currently, the center is ordering the development of software to be implemented at the "One-stop-shop" system on a centralized database (the core is still policies related to social insurance operations), the computer system is arranged in accordance with the division; regularly organize seminars and training courses to improve the capacity to use computers and customer management software. Establish a team to promote administrative reform at the "One-stop-shop", such as: Building 9 sets of procedures, surveying the satisfaction level of workers...

In the coming time, the Center will continue to review and evaluate each public service. In particular, continue to shorten the time to resolve unemployment insurance compared to regulations. Apply the process of receiving and returning results according to the one-stop mechanism, the staff and employees meet the requirements, have good expertise and civilized and professional working style and manner. Persistently implement the "One destination" model with many measures to improve both content and form, with the desire to improve the quality of customer service, bring many career opportunities, jobs for workers and promptly meet the human resource needs of businesses, with the motto: "Your satisfaction is our joy" to strengthen the brand: The Center is a trusted address for workers in the province.

The reception and settlement process at "One-Stop" can be summarized as follows:

Consulting (career, job...) - Identifying needs - Receiving documents - Checking and evaluating - Processing - Returning results - Consulting (job, vocational training...) - Monitoring employment status - Finishing.
