Nghe An Continuing Education Center was established on December 16, 1995 on the basis of merging the Provincial Center for Training and Fostering In-service Cadres and Nghe An School of Educational Management Cadres. In recent years, the Center's facilities have been continuously invested and built with a total value of nearly 20 billion VND. In addition, the Center has a team of dedicated and qualified teachers, with 85% having university degrees, 1 person having a doctorate degree and 10 people having a master's degree.
