Nghe An CGDB Driving Test Center announces recruitment of civil servants in 2022

Pursuant to the Law on Public Employees No. 58/2010/QH12 dated November 15, 2020; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants and the Law on Public Employees No. 52/2019/QH14 dated November 25, 2019.

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants.

Pursuant to Decision No. 1389/QD-UBND dated May 6, 2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on granting financial autonomy to the Nghe An CGDB Driving Test Center for the period 2020 - 2022; Project on job positions and actual needs for professional staff, education staff and driving practice teachers.

Nghe An CGDB Driving Test Center announces the recruitment of civil servants for the first phase of 2022 as follows:

I. Recruitment quota:

Professional and academic staff: 01 position

Driving practice instructor: 03 positions

II. Standard conditions for registration

1.Subjects and conditions

People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social status, beliefs, or religion, can register to apply for civil service recruitment:

a) Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

b) Age from 21 to 45 years old;

c) Have an application form;

d) Have a clear personal record confirmed by a competent authority;

d) Have a diploma, training certificate, or practice certificate appropriate to the job position;

e) Be physically fit to perform the work or duties;

h) Meet other conditions as required by the job position but must not be contrary to the provisions of law (specific conditions in the announcement of recruitment quotas and requirements for civil servant positions in 2022 attached).

2. The following people are not allowed to register for civil service recruitment:

a) Loss of civil act capacity or limited civil act capacity;

b) Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

III. Application form

Each candidate submits 01 set of application documents for a job position with recruitment quota. The application documents include:

1. Application form for civil servant recruitment according to form No. 1 issued with Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government;

2. A self-written CV certified by a competent authority within 06 months from the date of application submission;

3. Copies of foreign language and IT diplomas, certificates and academic transcripts certified by competent authorities. In case the diploma is issued by a foreign training institution, it must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese;

4. Copy of birth certificate;

5. Health certificate issued by a qualified medical facility, the health certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of application submission.

6. Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment (if any) certified by a competent authority or organization.

7. Comments and evaluations from the leadership and Party Committee of the place where the candidate works. In case the candidate is from another place, there must be a written opinion from the agency where the candidate is working agreeing to let the candidate participate in the recruitment.

8. 03 4 x 6 photos, ID card style, taken within the last 3 months, with full name and date of birth clearly written on the back of the photo;

9. 02 envelopes with recipient's contact address clearly written on them.

IV. Content and form of civil servant recruitment:

1. Recruitment form: Admission

2. Recruitment content:

Round 1: Check the application conditions on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the requirements are met, the applicant will be allowed to participate in round 2.

Round 2: Test the knowledge and professional skills of the candidate according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.

V. Deadline and location for receiving documents:

1. Deadline: The deadline for receiving application documents is 30 days from the date of public recruitment announcement in the media (during office hours on weekdays).

2. Place to receive documents: Administrative Organization Department of Nghe An CGDB Driving Test Center, Ho Son block, Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province.

VI. Admission fee:

Pursuant to Joint Circular No. 228/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Ministry of Finance: Recruitment fee is VND 500,000/01 application.

Candidates who register for the exam must come in person to submit their application and application fee. When coming, bring your ID card and original university (college or secondary) diploma.

VII. Time, location of the exam and review instructions

1. Time to check the application conditions in round 1: After 5 working days from the date of closing of application submission.

2. Time for round 2 selection and review guide: No later than 10 days from the date of Notice of summoning candidates to attend round 2.

3. Examination venue: Hall of the Office of Nghe An CGDB Driving Test Center.
