Center back Le Huy Viet Anh was very happy when he scored the equalizer, thereby helping the Vietnam U17 team win a ticket to the 2025 AFC U17 Championship finals.
On the evening of October 27, the U17 Vietnam team had a 1-1 draw with the U17 Yemen team. With 4 points, U17 Vietnam ranked second in the group and officially won the right to participate in the 2025 AFC U17 Championship finals.
Speaking after the match, central defender Le Huy Viet Anh - Captain of the Vietnam U17 Team shared: ''The whole team tried their best and achieved the desired results. I feel so happy''.
Talking about the equalizer, the captain of U17 Vietnam said: ''My goal helped the U17 Vietnam team get 1 point and win a ticket to the 2025 U17 Asian finals, which makes me very happy''.
Sharing about the fact that many people compare him to his senior Que Ngoc Hai, the captain of the Vietnam U17 team expressed: ''I feel very honored to be compared to the captain of the Vietnam national team, an exemplary leader. I have idolized Ngoc Hai since I was a child, he is my role model.''
Talking about his own goals, Viet Anh said, ''My goal is to try to play well in the U17 Asian finals, and go further to become a professional football player of Vietnam.''

The captain of the U17 Vietnam team emotionally shared: ''I was very surprised and happy when it was rainy and cold but there were still many spectators cheering for the whole team.
