Head of the National Assembly's Petition Committee holds the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of May 23, in Thai Nguyen, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Politburo members: Tong Thi Phong - Permanent Vice President of the National Assembly; Pham Minh Chinh - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, Mr. Mai Van Chinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decisions on personnel work. Decision No. 2136-QDNS/TW dated May 20 of the Politburo on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Tran Quoc To - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Nguyen Province, Deputy Minister of Public Security to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; transfer and assign Mr. Tran Quoc To to work at the Ministry of Public Security and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Decision No. 2139-QĐSN/TW dated May 20 of the Politburo on transferring and assigning Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Party Delegation of the National Assembly, Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Head of the Petition Committee of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly to cease holding the position of Member of the Party Delegation of the National Assembly; transferring, assigning and appointing Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hai to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Tong Thi Phong and Mr. Pham Minh Chinh assessed Mr. and Mrs. Tran Quoc To and Nguyen Thanh Hai as cadres with basic training, having worked in many different positions, having strong political will, enthusiasm, the will to strive, ready to receive and complete well all tasks assigned by the Party and State; together with the collective leadership of the locality and agency, they united and agreed to complete well the assigned tasks.

In your new position, promoting the achievements and experience of previous generations of leaders and with your capacity, intelligence and strong political will, you will, together with the Party Committee, excellently complete the assigned tasks and goals, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress.
