Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission inspects grassroots democracy regulations in Yen Thanh district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 4, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, and the provincial working delegation inspected the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations in Yen Thanh district.

In 2017, the Party Committees and authorities of Yen Thanh district paid attention to, led and directed comprehensively the contents of mass mobilization work; promptly completed the Steering Committee when there were changes in personnel work.
The Steering Committee has done a good job of advising the Party Committee to proactively develop programs and plans for implementing work, assigning each member to be in charge according to functions and tasks, and guiding the grassroots to effectively implement the grassroots democracy regulations.

Up to now, after 1 year of implementing Project 01/DA-TU of the Provincial Party Committee on "Building Party cells, developing Party members in blocks, hamlets, and villages without Party cells, without Party members, and blocks, hamlets, and villages at risk of no longer having Party cells in the period of 2016 - 2020", Yen Thanh district has actively participated, assigned tasks to cadres according to each content, clearly defined responsibilities in implementing the project; enhanced discovery and training of factors to introduce to the Party to admit Party members.
Specifically, Yen Thanh district has had 100 people brought into the source for monitoring, training, and helping to admit them to the Party from now until 2020, of which 10 party members have been admitted to the Party in areas within the scope of the project. Since then, the number of blocks and hamlets without party cells, party members, and at risk of no longer having party cells is gradually decreasing.
At the inspection, comrade Thai Thanh Quy acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee and the government of Yen Thanh district and suggested that in the coming time, Yen Thanh district needs to be determined in directing Project 01; pay attention to researching, developing and promulgating accompanying policies so that the implementation of the project is highly effective and sustainable...
