At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, in a sacred atmosphere, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of our Party and People, the founder and trainer of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

In 2023, the Central Internal Affairs Commission has promoted the tradition of solidarity, upheld the spirit of positivity, proactiveness, and creativity to focus on leadership, direction, and well implement tasks according to the set programs and plans.

In particular, the Central Internal Affairs Commission has submitted to the Politburo for signing and promulgation the Regulation on "Controlling power to prevent and combat corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of sentences".

The Central Internal Affairs Commission - the Standing Agency of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption has made many efforts, tried, proactively coordinated, closely, and more resolutely in advising, proposing, and helping the Steering Committee to develop and effectively implement programs and plans for anti-corruption work, achieving many positive and clear results, leaving a good impression that has been welcomed and supported by the people.

Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac and the delegation vowed to forever study and follow the ideology, morality and noble style of President Ho Chi Minh.

Previously, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission and the delegation offered flowers and incense at Chung Son Temple - the temple worshipping the ancestors of President Ho Chi Minh.

Comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission and the delegation also came to offer flowers and incense at the tomb of Mrs. Ha Thi Hy - President Ho Chi Minh's grandmother; offered flowers and incense at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - President Ho Chi Minh's mother and President Ho Chi Minh's younger brother - Mr. Nguyen Sinh Xin.

The delegation expressed their respect and gratitude for the great contributions of Ms. Hoang Thi Loan, who gave birth to and raised President Ho Chi Minh - National Liberation Hero and Outstanding Cultural Man.

Next, comrade Phan Dinh Trac - Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission and the delegation visited the National Monument of General Secretary Le Hong Phong in Hung Thong commune, Hung Nguyen district, respectfully offered flowers and incense in memory, expressing gratitude and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of General Secretary Le Hong Phong.

General Secretary Le Hong Phong (1902 - 1942) - former member of the Communist International Executive Committee, former General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party, was one of the outstanding leaders of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, a close student of President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding son of his hometown Nghe An.

With 40 years of age and 20 years of continuous and enthusiastic revolutionary activities, comrade Le Hong Phong left a shining example of a steadfast and indomitable communist, ready to sacrifice his own happiness and even his life for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation; an example of an enthusiastic international revolutionary activist; passionate about studying and training tirelessly.

The life, merits and great contributions of General Secretary Le Hong Phong will forever live on with the country, adding strength and encouragement to generations of cadres, party members and people in the cause of innovation, construction and development of a strong and prosperous Vietnam.
