Reflecting to the National Assembly Delegate, voter Tran Van Phuong, village 34, Chau Binh commune, reflected that since 1990, the couple has reclaimed an area of agricultural land. This land is now in the flooded area of the reservoir of the Ban Mong Reservoir Project. However, the family's agricultural land was classified by the Counting Council and priced as forestry land, causing many problems in land compensation.
Also related to the issue of land allocation for production, voter Nguyen The Danh, Pom Lau village said that previously, the land belonging to Co Ba Forestry was recovered by the state and 84 hectares of land was allocated for production to the people. However, up to now, the people have not received land for agricultural production, causing many difficulties for the people's lives. Therefore, the voter recommended that the authorities promptly resolve the issue for the people so that they can feel secure in production.
