Head of District Organizing Committee used fake diploma
On July 13, news from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics said: Mr. Le Kim Khoa (born April 13, 1972), Head of the Organization Committee of Chu Se District Party Committee (Gia Lai) is not on the list of university degrees awarded in the part-time program of State Banking and Finance at this school.
In the records of the Chu Se District Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Mr. Le Kim Khoa has a degree from the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City issued on August 18, 2008, "in-service" training type; major "State Banking and Finance", ranked "fair" and recognized with the title "bachelor of economics". Mr. Khoa's degree has the seal of the University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City, registration number 264/DHKT-DTTC/TN/2008.
From 2012 to present, he is a member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Chu Se District Party Committee.
