On July 13, news from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics said: The name of Mr. Le Kim Khoa (born April 13, 1972), Head of the Organization Committee of Chu Se District Party Committee (Gia Lai) is not on the list of university degrees awarded in the part-time program of State Banking and Finance at this school.
In the records of the Organizing Committee of Chu Se District Party Committee, Mr. Le Kim Khoa has a degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics issued on August 18, 2008, "in-service" training type; major "State Banking and Finance", ranked "fair" and recognized with the title "bachelor of economics". Mr. Khoa's degree has the seal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, book number 264/DHKT-DTTC/TN/2008.
From 2012 to present, he is a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Organization Committee of Chu Se District Party Committee.
