The Head of the Central Organization Committee said: The Politburo's viewpoint is that at the present time there will be no increase in the number of rotating cadres. In the near future, there will be no mass rotation of cadres.

On May 28, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Regulation No. 65-QD/TW dated April 28, 2022 of the Politburo "On cadre rotation" in a combination of direct and online forms to 63 connecting points in provinces and cities.

Regulation No. 65-QD/TW replaces Regulation No. 98-QD/TW, dated October 7, 2017 of the Politburo on cadre rotation.

Concluding the Conference, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Truong Thi Mai stated that the Party's policy on cadre rotation has existed for a long time, specifically in 1997, in the 3rd Conference of the 8th term "On cadre strategy in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, promoting the people's mastery, continuing to build a clean and strong Socialist Republic of Vietnam", there was a content about cadre rotation. The content on cadre rotation continued to be supplemented by the Party in Resolution 11 dated November 25, 2002 of the Politburo "On the rotation of leaders and managers", Conclusion No. 24-KL/TW dated June 5, 2012 of the Politburo "On promoting the planning and rotation of leaders and managers to 2020 and the following years"...

Ms. Truong Thi Mai spoke at the conference.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai noted that the implementation of cadre rotation according to Regulation 65 must be consistent with previously issued documents related to cadre work; Party organizations are requested to continue to pay attention and study in depth to fully implement, and for issues that are not clearly understood, documents can be sent to the Central Organizing Committee.

"It is not enough for Party committees and organizations to pay attention to strict implementation. The important thing is to improve the quality of rotation work. Regularly monitor, follow and help rotated cadres to complete their tasks. It is imperative to raise the awareness of rotated cadres. Rotated cadres should not think that just by rotating, they will hold a higher position," Ms. Truong Thi Mai emphasized.

According to Ms. Truong Thi Mai, the Politburo's viewpoint is that at present, there will be no increase in the number of transferred cadres. In the near future, there will be no mass transfer of cadres. It is required to go on the job and do it. The Head of the Central Organizing Committee also requested that in the coming time, the Central Organizing Committee must be more proactive and dynamic in evaluating transferred cadres. With the responsibility of being an advisory body, the Central Organizing Committee must strengthen inspection and supervision of the Party's regulations on cadre work./.
