In her acceptance speech, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Duc thanked the provincial leaders, departments, branches and Nghe An College of Culture and Arts for their trust. The new Vice Principal promised to work with the school staff to develop an action program, with a strategy in developing high-quality cultural and artistic human resources; determined to develop the school quickly and firmly.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Duc has a Master's degree in Linguistics, is currently a PhD student in Linguistics; is Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Head of the Training Department of Nghe An College of Culture and Arts.
