The leaders of Thanh Hoa General Hospital confirmed that the victim DPV (Head of the Thanh Hoa City Judgment Enforcement Department - PV) was admitted to the hospital at 1:32 p.m., in a state of cardiac arrest; the patient named Minh (Doan Nhan - PV) was admitted to the hospital at 1:10 p.m., also in a state of cardiac arrest.
After that, two people named Tho and Xuyen were also hospitalized but their health was stable. "These two people live because they don't drink (alcohol - PV), they just stick out their tongues to taste" said the leader of Thanh Hoa General Hospital.
