Provincial Political School opens new school year 2017 - 2018

(Baonghean.vn) - Speaking at the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2017 - 2018, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son requested,The Provincial Political School continues to strongly innovate training activities towards depth, combining theory with practice.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son wished the school's staff and lecturers a successful start to the new school year; at the same time, he emphasized that the school's staff and lecturers should always remember Uncle Ho's teachings: "All successes or failures are due to good or bad staff", "Staff are the root of all work. Therefore, training staff is the Party's fundamental work".

Besides recognizing the achievements that the Provincial Political School has achieved in recent times, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son also hopes that the school will do well in a number of tasks such as: continuing to advise the provincial leaders on training and fostering cadres; continuing to build and perfect the apparatus, develop and improve the quality of the staff and lecturers.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that the school continue to strongly innovate training activities in the direction of going into depth, linking theory with practice; training and fostering according to titles, diversifying types; improving the quality of scientific research; paying attention to the work of building Party organizations in the school; innovating leadership and management methods and building solidarity in the school.

He also hopes that students need to seriously cultivate awareness, spirit and correct and effective learning attitude to achieve the best results after completing the course.

Over 71 years of construction and development, the school has always received the attention of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and the active coordination of departments, branches, units, and localities in training and fostering staff. In the 2016-2017 school year, the Provincial Political School trained 70 classes and 5,343 students.

To continue improving the quality of training and fostering cadres, Principal of the Provincial Political School Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa said: The school's cadres and teachers will be determined to complete 6 tasks in the new school year 2017 - 2018 including:

Build a team of lecturers and staff with sufficient quantity and strong quality; continue to improve the quality of staff training and development, diversify training types; promote scientific research; actively advise and propose to provincial leaders in leading and directing the implementation of the school's political tasks; reform administration, improve the effectiveness of information technology use; build a team of staff, lecturers and students with a greater sense of discipline and order.

In particular, the Provincial Political School will prioritize 3 main tasks of the new school year: The 6th Competition for Excellent Lecturers of Provincial Political Schools, Ministry Schools, and Sectors in the Northern Region in Nghe An; Organizing the 100th Anniversary Conference of the Russian October Revolution; Participating in the organization of the International Conference commemorating the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of the patriot Phan Boi Chau.
