Nam Dinh 'child' school and lover arrested for drug trafficking in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial Police have just successfully broken up Project 136T, arresting 3 subjects for illegal drug trafficking, including Trinh Xuan Truong (often called Truong "son" Nam Dinh - the subject who posted a number of clips on social networks that caused a stir recently).
Around the beginning of December 2019, the Drug Crime Investigation Department of the Provincial Police discovered a drug trafficking ring from the mountainous districts of Nghe An to Vinh City for transit to other provinces for consumption, so it reported and asked for the opinion of the Provincial Police Department's Board of Directors to establish a special project to fight.
In this network, there is a subject Trinh Xuan Truong (often called Truong "son" Nam Dinh). After reporting and conducting investigation measures, it was known that Tuong Duong District Police had also targeted this group of subjects, so the two units decided to co-chair and coordinate to solve the case. Project 136T was established to fight.

On January 2, 2020, receiving information that the subjects were about to receive a batch of "goods", the Task Force decided to send working groups to the scene to lie in wait to solve the case.
At around 3:00 a.m. on January 3, in the Muoi Mac village area, Lang Khe commune, Con Cuong district, the Task Force caught red-handed 3 subjects: Nguyen Thi Phuong (born in 1986, residing in hamlet 5, Quynh Hong commune, Quynh Luu district); Trinh Xuan Truong (born in 1972, residing in Nam Hoa hamlet, Xuan Tan commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province) and Pham Ly Vu Duy (born in 1984, residing in ward 5, Bac Lieu city, Bac Lieu province). Evidence seized at the scene included 1kg of ketamine and a white pickup truck.

During the arrest, the suspects barricaded themselves in their car, then drove into the police force in an attempt to escape, causing serious damage to two cars of the arresting force. To ensure the safety of the arresting force and the people living near the area, the task force fired warning shots into the air, then shot a punctured tire. The suspects' car ran another 700m before stopping. At this time, the suspects opened the car door to escape, but were successfully controlled and arrested by the police force.
At the police station, the suspects initially confessed to all their crimes. Accordingly, Phuong, along with his lover Trinh Xuan Truong (Truong "con") and Duy, used a white pickup truck to drive from Vinh City to Tuong Duong District to buy drugs from a local person for 280 million VND.

After receiving the goods, the suspects were discovered by the police and fled to Con Cuong district before being surrounded and arrested by the police. The authorities are currently continuing to investigate and expand the case.
