Van Xuan University of Technology commits to arrange jobs for students after graduation.

(Baonghean.vn) - Being the first university in the Central region to implement a Japanese standard training model. This new training program not only gives students the opportunity to access leading educational methods and environments, but the highlight is that all students are guaranteed jobs at Japanese enterprises after graduation.

The Japanese standard training program has been implemented by Van Xuan University of Technology since the 2015-2016 school year. Accordingly, after graduation, students will have high professional qualifications, good skills and confidence to take on the best positions in Japanese enterprises. In particular, the school also commits to arranging jobs for students after graduation.

“The school will ensure that it will arrange jobs that are appropriate to the training level for students at Japanese enterprises, both domestically and internationally. The minimum income for students entering the school from the 2017-2018 school year will be 8 million VND/month if working in Vietnam, or 25 million VND/month if working in Japan. Conversely, the school will also refund the entire tuition fee to students if it cannot arrange jobs for them after 18 months from the date of graduation” - Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy - Principal of Van Xuan University of Technology said.

According to the commitment, the conditions for students to be arranged jobs are: Completing the school's Japanese standard training program, having above average training results, having a Japanese N3 certificate and being healthy enough to work according to current regulations.

On the occasion of the opening ceremony of the 2016-2017 school year, for the first time, Van Xuan University of Technology officially organized the "Signing Ceremony of Commitment to Arrange Jobs for Students After Graduation" between the school and students. Accordingly, for students studying the Japanese standard training program, the school guarantees 100% of them to be arranged to work in Japanese enterprises in Vietnam or Japan.

This commitment will be confirmed by a third party, the Notary Office - representing the law. The signing ceremony was also witnessed by leaders of several Japanese enterprises operating in Vietnam, as a testament to their cooperation with the school and their support for the school's new training program.

Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy added: "The school will organize this commitment signing ceremony every year, at the beginning of each new school year."
