Vinh University: Commending outstanding students

(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of October 21st, Vinh University held a ceremony to honor outstanding and excellent students of the 2013-2014 academic year and students who achieved high scores in the 2014 university entrance exam.

The school leaders presented certificates of merit to outstanding students.

This activity has been maintained by Vinh University since 2003 to encourage the spirit of learning and training among students throughout the university. Specifically in the 2013-2014 academic year, in the "Five Good Students" movement, the university had 54 students awarded the title of excellent student and 662 students awarded the title of good student. In the 2014 academic year, Vinh University also completed its regular undergraduate admissions with stable entrance quality and a relatively high number of students registering for enrollment. 17 candidates with the best exam results in all subject groups were commended during this period.

Awards were presented to 17 students who achieved high scores in the 2014 university entrance exam.

Sponsors award scholarships to underprivileged students who overcome difficulties.

This is also one of the activities aimed at celebrating the 55th anniversary of Vinh University, welcoming the opening ceremony of the 55th training course and receiving the First-Class Independence Medal.
