On his personal Facebook page, HAGL Football Team Leader Nguyen Tan Anh admitted that the generation of Cong Phuong and Xuan Truong have not met the expectations of fans. Below is the sharing of HAGL Team Leader Nguyen Tan Anh:
“Up to now, V-League 2018 has gone more than half way, HAGL team after nearly 4 years since Chairman Doan Nguyen Duc promoted the U19 team to play in V-League has not met the expectations of fans but the players have played with all their might, exhausted in every match.

HA Gia Lai have lost 3 consecutive matches in V-League. |
There have been mistakes, there have been unnecessary fouls, we sincerely apologize and promise to try to improve, try to change for the better.
With an average age of 22, the HAGL players we have trained are still very inexperienced and lack courage in situations, matches and stressful periods, but with the motto "Do not force the fruit to ripen prematurely" but need to let the players develop naturally, harmoniously according to their psychology and physiology..
We believe that, through adversity and fierce challenges, the young players will practice humility, become more mature in their behavior, and have a stronger will in battle... In the near future, the Board of Directors and the team's coaching staff will discuss and calculate additional and strengthened personnel so that the team can achieve better results.
On behalf of the whole team, I would like to thank football fans across the country for their love, encouragement and sharing.
After 14 rounds of V-League 2018, HA Gia Lai is ranked 9th on the rankings. Notably, in the last three matches, the mountain town club has lost all matches.
