The Ministry of Education and Training continues to request that Departments of Education and Training and schools, before allowing students to have Tet holiday, need to strengthen education and propaganda work on legal regulations on firecracker and explosive management.
Specifically, thoroughly inform all students not to buy, sell, transport, produce, store, or use fireworks or explosives. Do not use violent toys or toys that can be dangerous.
Closely coordinate with local authorities, functional agencies and parents to take measures to manage and remind students to strictly follow regulations on ensuring security, order, and management of fireworks and explosives before, during and after Tet.
