The Ministry of Education and Training continues to request that provincial Departments of Education and Training and schools strengthen education and dissemination of legal regulations on the management of fireworks and explosives before allowing students to take the Tet holiday break.
Specifically, all students are instructed not to buy, sell, transport, manufacture, store, or use fireworks or explosives. They are also prohibited from using violent toys or toys that could be dangerous.
Coordinate closely with local authorities, relevant agencies, and parents to manage and remind students to strictly adhere to regulations on ensuring security and order, and managing fireworks and explosives before, during, and after Tet.
