Reprimand if the offense is committed once.
A reprimand will be applied to candidates who commit a single offense: looking at another candidate's paper or exchanging papers with another candidate. This form of disciplinary action will be decided by the invigilator and recorded in the minutes.
Candidates will be warned if they commit any of the following offenses: Having already received a reprimand but continuing to violate exam regulations at the reprimand level during the same exam; Exchanging answer sheets or scratch paper with other candidates; Copying another candidate's work or allowing another candidate to copy their work.
The disciplinary action of a warning is decided by the invigilator and recorded in the minutes, along with any evidence (if applicable).
Cases where students are suspended from the exam.
Candidates will be suspended from the exam if they commit any of the following offenses: Having already received a warning but continuing to violate exam regulations at the reprimand or warning level during the same exam; Bringing unauthorized items into the exam room; Taking the exam questions out of the exam room or receiving answers from outside the exam room; Writing or drawing on their answer sheet content unrelated to the exam; Engaging in aggressive behavior, threatening exam officials, or threatening other candidates.
The invigilator in the examination room will draw up a report, collect any evidence (if any), and report to the Head of the Examination Center to decide on the form of suspension from the exam. If the Head of the Examination Center disagrees, they will report to the Head of the Examination Supervision Committee for a decision.
Candidates who are suspended from the exam must submit their exam paper, question paper, and scratch paper to the invigilator, leave the examination room immediately after the decision is made, and may only leave the examination area after two-thirds of the exam time for that subject has elapsed.
