- Cung Le and Ngo Thanh Van caused a stir when they both posted casting announcements for the project "The Target" but it wasn't you. When did you and Cung Le actually stop collaborating?

Cung Le and I wanted to do this project, it had a huge budget, about 4.2 million USD (100 billion VND). However, we did not continue because we had different wishes. Cung was more interested in the markets and distribution channels in the US. Meanwhile, I still wanted to ensure a good distribution in Vietnam. Actually, we wanted to have time to develop the best project. Investing in a film with a foreign company was also a matter that needed preparation. Therefore, we stopped.

-Do you think you were put in a passive position when it was not you but the other two people who announced the casting for the project "The Target"?

I think it doesn't matter who announces it, what matters is that everything is clear in the project. If I rush to announce it, you will also ask me back, is it because of this suspicion or that suspicion that I have to announce the end of cooperation? I know, people always like things that are suspicious, suspicious, but in reality, everything is that simple (laughs).

- Many fans speculate that you and Cung Le had disagreements during the collaboration process, not because the film's production budget was too high, so you withdrew. And because the conflict could not be resolved, Cung Le sought out Ngo Thanh Van. Is this information correct?

Cung Le and I have no conflicts. We still exchange and chat normally, if we don't do this project, we can still collaborate on other projects.

- What damage did stopping this project after a sensational press conference and a long preparation process cause you?

There are materials, yes, and there are startup costs for the project. But we all know the risks in film production, and I accept them. It is also a solid start for the project to be known to many investors.

As for reputation, I don’t think so, because my ability lies in the whole process, not in a single project. However, I also feel a little sad when things don’t develop as I expected.

- After 'Truy sat', fans expect you to return in a new film, as an actress. Can you reveal about the upcoming film - a big Hollywood project in which you play the main role?

It's an action movie that will start shooting at the end of October in Los Angeles and other locations in the US. I think this role will be good. When the movie is released, I will send you the information.

- It's easy to see that you're getting more and more beautiful and attractive. Now it's hard to believe that you're not in love with anyone. Truong Ngoc Anh's current man must be very special to win your heart?

The present man?(laugh)Yes, actually. He is a good man to me and my child. We are in the process of getting to know each other.

When my man shows up, it means we are preparing for the wedding. I am also a normal woman, I also want to get married. But it takes time because I am not allowed to rush and continue making mistakes.

I also have men who pursue me and I also have men I like. Everyone does! But I just want to be loved sincerely. At this age, I should not be playing around anymore. I need time to take care of my daughter, because she is a teenager.
- You are no longer young and have gone through a breakup. What kind of man do you need by your side now? Or is Truong Ngoc Anh so talented and strong that she doesn't need a shoulder to lean on when she is tired?

I need a man who can share both the happiness and the responsibilities that I am carrying. Such a person is not easy to find. If I meet him, I will definitely try to keep him. I am not strong in love, I am only strong in work.

- You and Mr. Tran Bao Son always make the public admire you when you are together and when you break up because of your civilized behavior. A few years after being ex-lovers, how are you now when you meet again and how do you divide the responsibilities of raising Bao Tien so that she feels happy even though her parents are not together?

Son and I are still the same, the important thing is what Bao Tien likes, where she likes to live and who she likes to hang out with. I can take Bao Tien to America and the two of us will stay at Son's mother's house. And Son still worries about Bao Tien's grandmother. Life has too many things to worry about, so we should cherish family and love. Because after all, if anyone cares for us, it can only be our relatives.

I think even if Mr. Son is sick, as the mother of his daughter, I still have some responsibility. Maybe that responsibility is to take better care of my child and guide her to worry and take care of her father. It's that simple.
