| Over 25 years of construction and growth, from the early days of its establishment, receiving the facilities of the Kindergarten Pedagogical School, Ky Tan Secondary School built another school in Hamlet 2, Dien Nam; then merged with the Town Secondary School, from 3 schools into 1 school. | In the 2017-2018 school year, Ky Tan Secondary School has 11 classes with 380 students; 2 professional groups and 1 office group. In the past 3 years, the quality of the school's students has improved, the rate of excellent students is from 5 - 7%; good students are from 45 - 47%; there are 7 excellent students in the province (3 second prizes, 2 third prizes and 2 encouragement prizes); there are 125 students achieving the title of excellent students at the district level. | The school currently has a sufficient number of teachers and 100% of teachers have met the training standards as prescribed, of which 85% are above the standard. In the district-level excellent teacher competition in the 2017-2018 school year, the school had 14 teachers achieving the title of excellent district teachers, including: 4 first prizes, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes, being one of the units with the most awards in the whole district. For many consecutive years, Ky Tan Secondary School has continuously achieved the title of advanced labor collective, received a certificate of merit from the district People's Committee; for many consecutive years, it has achieved the title of exemplary clean and strong Party cell.
